The color palette draws inspiration from the quiet beauty of the natural world—think weathered stone, forest moss, tree bark, misty mornings, and the warm glow of fading light. Subtle shifts between warm and cool hues add depth and interest, giving each colorway an organic, living quality without overwhelming the eye.
Each skein features carefully blended fibers in muted greens, earthy neutrals, softened rusts, rose-tinted shades, warm clay tones, pale golds, cool grays, and blue-gray nuances, occasionally lifted by delicate hints of peach, pink, or berry. The result is a sophisticated range of colors that feel balanced, calm, and beautifully layered. This yarn is an excellent choice for garments and accessories where comfort meets quietly expressive color—perfect for timeless, wearable projects with depth and character.

SNEFNUG NATUR is produced by an Italian family-owned spinning mill, with consideration for environment and animal welfare, thus the merino wool used, is of course mulesing free, and comes from South America. The alpaca is from Peru, and the cotton is from Egypt.
SNEFNUG is composed by an organic cotton tube, as the core, in which a fine and neat blend of merino wool and alpaca is blown into. Altogether, this gives a strong and at the same time, super soft and exclusive yarn.
SNEFNUG is particularly suitable for baby and children’s knitwear, as well as for the current trend of oversize knitwear on big needles for adults, as sweaters, cardigans, scarves, and hats.

It is recommended to HAND WASH the finished work, using a wool detergent, and lay it flat to dry. When washing in the machine, the finished work can shrink up to 7%, but will stretch again in use. It is recommended to knit ribbing edges a little firm and slightly narrower, as these likewise will stretch in use
