SOFT LOOP SWEATER is a lightweight and cozy design featuring a turtleneck and an elegant textured stripe pattern. The silhouette is boxy with an oversized fit and straight sleeves for a relaxed yet refined look.

The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down. The turtleneck and upper yoke are knitted in the round with shoulder increases, after which the work is divided for front and back and knitted flat. The pieces are then rejoined to continue the body in the round, with the sleeves also worked in the round. The subtle striped effect is created using a simple knit-and-purl stitch pattern, repeated throughout the garment.

Measurements:
Bust circumference: 120 (130) 144 measured under the arm hole.
Length: 64 (65) 65 cm including the neckband.
I recommend knitting a size which allows for a positive ease of 25-40 cm relative to your bust circumference, depending on how oversize a fit you wish for.

1 strand Gepard Wild & Soft (40% Wild tussah silk, 60% Merino Wool) from Gepard 50 g / 240 m. 250 (250) 300 g.

Held together with:
1 strand Kid Silk 5 (80% Kid mohair, 20% Shappe silk) from Gepard 25 g / 125 m. 200-225 (225) 250 g. (pictured in colour way 406).

OR: 2 strands Kid Seta (70% Super Kid Mohair, 30% Silk) from Gepard 25 g / 210 m. 300 (300) 350 g. Please note that you will be holding 3 strands together.

OR: 1 strand Kid Seta (70% Super Kid Mohair, 30% Silk) from Gepard 25 g / 210 m. 150 (150) 175 g. and 1 strand Cashmere Lace (100% Cashmere) from Gepard 25 g / 350 m. 75 (75) 100 g. Please note that you will be holding 3 strands together.

Recommended needles
Circular needles 4,5 mm (40 and 60 and/or 80/100 cm).
Circular needles 4 mm (40 and/or 80/100 cm).

Gauge: 20 sts x 28 rows in stockinette stitch on needles 4,5 mm = 10 x 10 cm after wash and blocking.
