............................

This stockinette-stitch Arrow Tee designed by Odd Row has a deeply cut V-neck worked in ribbing and shaped with decreases. The neckline may be completed as a traditional V-neck or extended upward to create a high collar.

The tee is constructed from the top down. Work begins by casting on the back stitches, then working stockinette stitch back and forth while increasing across the shoulders. After the shoulders reach their finished width, the back stitches are placed on hold.

Odd Row has the excellent youtube channel with tutorials to many of their patterns. The video below is for the Arrow Tee.

Stitches are picked up along the right shoulder, and stockinette stitch is worked across that shoulder section. The left shoulder is made in the same way.

The sections are joined, and stitches are picked up for the sleeves. Work then proceeds across both front sections, the sleeves, and the back. As the garment develops, increases are worked at each front edge, on the sleeves, and along the lower edge of the armholes.

The sleeve stitches are put on hold while the body is continued to the lower point of the V-neck.

The body is joined for knitting in the round, then worked in stockinette stitch to the preferred length and completed with a ribbed edge.

Stitches are picked up around the neckline, and the ribbing is formed with short rows and decreases.

The sleeves are completed individually in stockinette stitch, with ribbing worked at the end of each sleeve.
