Hand-Dyed Lace Baby Suri Alpaca & Silk

• 75% Baby Suri Alpaca, 25% Silk | Lace Weight/2ply

• 210m / 25 gram skeins
• Recommended needles: 2.0 – 4.0 mm

My hand-dyed Baby Suri yarns have a luxurious feel and are very soft. Suri Alpaca Silk is a blend of 75% soft, fluffy Baby Suri Alpaca with 25% Silk to create a cloud like 'halo' lace weight yarn. This yarn is softer than our mohair/silk blend- and a great alternative and/or substitute. This yarn can be combined with other yarns to create wonderful textured feel or on its own with a variety of needle sizes to create different fabric effects.

Baby Suri alpaca/Silk is the perfect alternative to people who are sensitive to mohair. 

NOTE: My yarns are hand-dyed with non-toxic acid dyes in small batches in my Santa Barbara Studio. Each of my colors are unique so you will most likely never meet someone who has the same exact colors that you will have.
