Hand-Dyed Organic Wool / Linen | Fingering weight
Hand-dyed 4-ply / Fingering Wool (non-mulesing wool)
Organic Wool Linen is a beautifully balanced 4-ply yarn, spun to 1/4nm and offering a generous 400 meters (437 yards) per 100 grams. Made from 70% certified organic wool and 30% linen, it’s soft to the touch yet full of rustic charm and natural character.
The gentle halo comes mostly from the wool, whose fine fibers bloom with wear or washing, adding a cozy softness and lived-in feel. The linen, on the other hand, brings its crisp, smooth personality—no halo here!—showcasing stitch definition with effortless grace. Together, they form a yarn that’s both comforting and refined, full of texture and depth.
The wool gives warmth and spring, while the linen adds coolness, drape, and a touch of quiet elegance. When hand-dyed, the linen resists color just enough to create a soft, heathered effect—each skein with its own naturally unique, earthy beauty that makes every project truly one of a kind.
