Løvfald | Merino and Baby Alpaca
We’re delighted to welcome Løvfald, the latest beautiful addition to the CaMaRose family. This softly spun 4-ply yarn is made entirely from certified, untreated animal fibers and has not been superwash treated. A thoughtful blend of 60% merino wool and 40% baby alpaca gives Løvfald its gentle softness while still offering lovely structure and durability.
The yarn’s smooth, even spin makes it a pleasure to work with for both knitting and crochet. Stitches form cleanly and consistently, resulting in fabric that feels cozy, drapes well, and looks polished in finished projects.
Produced through a close collaboration between CaMaRose and a Peruvian spinning mill, Løvfald is made using 100% RAF-certified animal fibers. The mill itself is RAF-certified, and CaMaRose is certified under both the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) and Responsible Alpaca Standard (RAS). RAF, or Responsible Animal Fibres, is an umbrella certification that ensures high standards of animal welfare and responsible fiber sourcing throughout the supply chain.
