The Lillie Tee by Kolibri is worked seamlessly from the top down, combining stockinette stitch with a fine clover-inspired lace motif. To form the rounded neckline, the opening rows are knitted back and forth while neckline increases are added. At the same time, each raglan line is shaped with a yarn over on either side of its raglan stitch. After the piece is joined, the yoke continues in the round, keeping the lace pattern and the yarn-over raglan details in place.

When the stitch count for the selected size has been reached, the sleeve stitches are put on hold. The body is then completed in the round in the lace motif, with no further shaping, and finished with an I-cord edge. The reserved sleeve stitches are returned to the needles, worked in the same lace pattern in the round, and also completed with I-cord edging. A traditional I-cord finish is added around the neckline.

Moderate positive ease creates a relaxed and comfortable fit. The classic silhouette pairs with simple lacework, while the open yarn-over lines at the raglans give the garment a light summer appearance and a distinctive decorative detail. Body and sleeve lengths can be shortened or extended to suit your preference; any change may reduce or increase the amount of yarn needed.
