ROBINIA SWEATER is a delicate, feminine knit featuring a refined stranded colorwork motif. The construction begins at the neckline and progresses downward. The back and front yoke sections are worked flat first, then joined to continue the body seamlessly in the round. Sleeves are created by picking up stitches around the armholes and knitting downward to cuffs finished in twisted ribbing. Carefully placed short rows are used on both yoke and sleeves to enhance comfort and shape.

The yellow sample shown in the photos includes 17 cm of wearing ease.

The blue sample has been styled with 27 cm of ease; in this version, the sleeves were shortened slightly to suit the wearer.

Gauge: 16 stitches × 23 rows in pattern on 5 mm needles = 10 × 10 cm
