I have used this "heating pad" on cold days for years and wanted to share my favorite brand, SaidoniaEco. I often heat one in the morning and put it on my lap when I knit, or heat one and place it under my covers by the feet 15 min before going to bed. I also use it warm for sore neck muscles or cold on hot days.

How To Use:
For heat therapy:  Fold the wrap in half and place in the microwave. Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute).
Warning - *Do not overheat. *Do not heat for more than 1 minute.

For cold therapy: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use.
