Ultimate Knitting Needle Guide: the Best Material for You

Do you have some favorite knitting needles? I have found that this is a personal preference, but for a new knitter, a guided description can be helpful. 

I only knit with circular needles now because it is much easier on my hands and I feel somehow more connected to the feel of the yarn itself. I have to admit that I don't knit socks, so that makes it easier to be a circular knitting needle user. Addi Rocket and Turbo needles are my preferred needles these days.
